Regular and student registration fees include: attendance at all sessions, coffee-breaks, lunches, welcome reception, and social dinner, and a copy of the proceedings.
Before September 9 we accept only credit card payment. At the conference desk we will accept credit cards or cash for payment of on-site registrations.
Selected financial assistance is available for young students or researchers. If a participant has any difficulty in joining the symposium due to economical reasons, the conference organization will give a partial support for selected applicants. Please contact us for more information about how to qualify.
Registration Process
The online registration is closed now. You can still register on-site at the conference desk.
Accommodation
You must arrange accommodations directly with a hotel. There are contingents of blocked rooms for GD 2006 in hotels near the conference site. These reservations are valid until August 15.
Guests and Accompanying Persons
Guests are welcome to attend the welcome reception and the conference dinner, but will require a ticket. The attendance fee is € 60 for both events.
Cancellation Policy
Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 30 days prior to the event (August 18). There will be an administrative charge of € 30 for cancellations. No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 18. Substitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations will be processed after the conference.
